I have been a Labour member since 2015 and have been a passive member until now. My wife and I moved to Huntingdon in 2017 and resigned ourselves to being surrounded by Tories.

In four years of living here, I have realised that this is definitely not the case. Buoyed by the general success of the May 2021 Cambridgeshire results, I decided that there was a good fight to be fought, so put myself forward for the Exec Committee. My task now is to make members aware of what we are planning to do, how we’re doing it and what we have achieved which is already rather a lot!
