Christine Green

Christine is Councillor for Church ward on St Neots Town Council.

I believe in really listening to the electorate, in showing a sincere interest in the issues they are concerned about, and hopefully, by my fair, compassionate and effective response, helping them see that Labour works for them. Contact me at: 07757665099

I have been a town councillor since March 2017. and look forward to building on that experience and my growing knowledge of how things work. I believe in teamwork and co-operation to ensure the best for you. I won’t engage in political point-scoring, and power games. I have learned a lot working alongside fellow councillors and appreciate the encouragement and welcome they have shown me. I moved to Brook Street, on the border of the new Church Ward, from Gamlingay 9 years ago. I have worked since then as a personal assistant and carer to one person with multiple health needs, in addition to my role as teaching assistant at a tuition centre. I also care for my elderly mother in Gamlingay. I am a former trustee of St Neots Foodbank. I started the weekly Vigil for Peace outside St Mary’s church St Neots in September 2016, and am a member of St Neots Quakers. I assist with Friday Food, a weekly hot meal for those in need.
